UIN - The Uninsured
- Criticism: Extremely poor people or people that couldn't work would not have protection.
Assumptions:
Solutions:- UINCHR - Charities can fill the gap. It is up to the public whether they want these people to be covered at all. A society of assholes will leave the needy with no protection but that would be a bad place to live even with protection since everyone would be an asshole.

- Criticism: If an uninsured person committed a crime against another, the victim's protection agency could just kill the uninsured rather than jail them since jailing them would be expensive so this would result in highly exaggerated punishments for crimes.
Assumptions:
Solutions:- UINKIL - If they were uninsured because they were retarded or poor or have committed a few small crimes and can't afford protection anymore, there are charities to take up their case and charge/battle the agency that killed them. Even if the charities couldn't fill all the gaps, the threat of charities taking up uninsureds like that makes protection agencies only kill the really, really bad uninsureds where they know there is no risk of a charity taking the case and at that point, the punishment fits the crime.

- Criticism: The death penalty is never okay but would be used in a market anarchy
Assumptions: UINKIL
Solutions:- If a lot of people thought that there should be no death penalty, then there would be charities to provide arbitration for even the worst criminals and these same charities would jail them. If the charity didn't jail them and the protection agency saw them as a big enough threat to their profits, they would jail them instead.
